This mod + TEB mod = no RoR in Vortex as New World Colonies.

To disclose all mods:
Crynsos´ Faction Unlocker+
TEB Southern Realms
Southern Realms required assets
Community Modding Framework (because the faction names otherwise tell me "missing community framework" at end-turn.

In Vortex Campaign, the New World Colonies lack RoR and Victory Conditions. Maybe this is in the works?
