Not saying you, but someone else hypothetically. [aka dude who makes the other compatibility mods]
So while I'm pretty sure that Mixu will work together with the Unlocker at any time as it is designed specifically for it, I can't be quite so sure about SFO as that has other priorities.
I think there are compatibility mods for Mixu's stuff as well just as there are for mine, but I don't know the details about them.
If someone could just make one mod all that handles the different but great startpos mods that would be amazing. I know it is asking a lot, but there is just so many good mods out on Warhammer 2 as it adds so much diversity to the vanilla.
I will say that for me w/ Unlocker I do observe all Mixu's different faction LL, but it does indeed revert to vanilla upon start of game :/
I didn't really do much updating lately so nothing on my side should have really created any new problems. This mod is basically intended to be compatible with pretty much all other startpos mods by overwriting them but providing identical or similar functionality, unless they are fundamentally different. I'm also constantly working to minimize the amount of startpos mods around and replace them with scripting instead to reduce incompatibilities.
Radious is by nature a mod that is incompatible with a lot of others, especially more complex ones so it may very well be the cause of your issues.

You see there are actually almost double the dukes in Lore than there are in the game, essentially every region in Bretonnia corresponds with a Dukedom.
