Empire Secessionists playable again yet?

Did this faction get added? Last time i played it, the Empire Secessionists just started crashing when you try to play them, I rmbr a while back you could play as them, is it possible again to play as them?

They should have always been playable, although as some details about them changed a bit ago the crashes are not entirely unexpected. It is best to mention such things on my Discord so I get to know of it easily.
