Contributions
If you would like to contribute to this mod, you can post here or at the Paradox Plaza forum thread. All contributions will be credited,

Current contributions that would be helpful:

Placement of buildings on map for each province
These were auto-generated by the Vic2-HoI4 converter or by the nudge tool. If you want to help make it look nice, that will be much appreciated.

Flags and Portraits
Although this is an alternate history, most of the countries start as their historical examples with historical leaders. If you know who the leader of a country should be and can find a period portrait, that would be great. Additionally, some of the flags need to be corrected to the period examples. Though at this time, the idea of a national flag was not widespread, so a battle standard, naval enisgn, or monarch's insignia may have to do. Make sure any images are public domain, non-copyrighted.

State Improvements:
Current states are mostly based on the Vic2-HoI4 converter, thus on Victoria 2. If you have suggestions to improve the placement of provinces within states or balance improvements (state category, resources, or other), that will be appreciated as well.
Placement of cities (victory points) will also be helpful, you can comment which province the city should be in (use tdebug from console to find province ID).

Information about the 1632 series can of course be found in its various books, but also at its primary fansite: 1632.org

Added:

I want to update victory points (cities). If you want to help, identify what city should go where (state and province id) and send me a list.

I am looking to add advisers based on history and the series. For historical advisers, please point to a public domain portrait with suggested trait (new traits can be considered).

Balance is more of an issue now. Please let me know how the mod plays and if you have particular suggestions (please make enough observations to get a pattern).

Several major nations still lack focus trees, if you are familiar with the events of the series and would like to contribute, please do. If you just have a few suggestions, I'm happy for the help.

Your going to need new colonial focus tree's. Also suggest looking up a territory map for the 1630's. Reason I suggest that is turkey is big and russia is small.

I could try to help with research for portraits

@Angry Feminst and @Vlade, excellent, let me know what you find.
@TIYB, I have been using this resource from the 1632 series website: https://1632.org/political-maps-mike-nagle/
There is certainly room for improvement in many parts of the world, particularly those not covered by the map. However, for the present I am mainly focused on Europe, Germany and surrounding particularly. The rest can wait to some degree (doesn't mean I won't accept changes).

@CaesarVincens Just a quick question. After I find the portraits where do I send i to

I was exploring for leaders of the small German states and shouldn't the ruler of the HRE rule all the small states?
CaesarVincens  [developer] 13 Oct, 2017 @ 11:21am
@Vlade, for now it would be best if you can post the links on here or on the paradox forum. As for the HRE, because of the ongoing war at least some of the states need to be independent, but even small states had a fair bit of autonomy and many were neutral. I have made some consolidations and will listen to arguments for more. There are a couple places I would like consolidate, but am not sure of the best way yet.

@CaesarVincens Ok I will create a disscusion here or a forum and paste all the portraits I could find with a description!!

I feel like John Chandler Simpson should lead the authoritarians if you choose to conscript refugees

Here is focus tree. The military section is the only one that is complete in this version. I am going to begin focusing on the economic section after this is posted.
