Tau, definitely Tau. But more Imperial Guard would be great too, like Talarn Desert Raiders

A little vanilla, but maybe Cadians? Gotta have those cookie cutter standard issue guardsmen to throw into the fire haha.

Chaos Space Marines and Cadians

Cadians would be good starting with the kasrkin troops, maybe old school storm troopers but i will be quite alone on that one, regular cadian troops including vox and mask versions, Tau would also be good if you can get the models to fit well. Space marines of any sort would be great further down the line but i would stick to expanding the Orks and imperial guard for now, the more variety in uniforms and weapons the better.

Oh and add rifle straps (not functional) but they do add to the little details that make things stand out.

Just plain space marines would be cool

I feel like Tau would work since the base game has no melee system what so ever.
