Problem when modifying Files

I Modified the Modinfo files, now the DLC wont even work. i can not enable them. i have checked to make sure they are in the correct folders, they are where they should be... please send HALP

Very odd. I'd recommend validating the game files through steam and then trying the executible that fellow modder JFD created - it may help you: https://drive.google.com/file/d/19nsz5WrDGSzAbh7brebSSiRdU5tdsz4G/view
Sorry I can't be of more help at the moment, I've never encountered this problem before
