+1 on this, just seen the preview and was disappointed

+1 too, but this its just a concept of skin.. the last choice its from DE. The tails arent the same, even the body its the same, the mandacords at the legs arent the same, almost all the body its the same from the original Octavia. We can't make a sht ^^. Btw, that hair was kinda hard to make in real game.

Yeah, gotta say i was surprised with the changes as well. I was quite excited about this, but now im wavering on it.

Yeah it was probably a bit hard to make them look good in motion or something, but the way they look now, is just really, really really bland and lackluster. I too was hyped for this like no other skin in a long long time. But now, seeing how it's been implemented, they might as well just removed them entirely.

The twintails look so meh, unreal. I have no idea if they have a way to rework it, after it's in, but I def will skip it until they find a way to recreate the original look that has been posted to the workshop. I feel so bad for the creator, love the original concept.

Add me to the list of the dissapointed. I also note that there is an official skin and pack about to be released for octavia. Perhaps this one was "sabotaged" so that it didnt look as nice as that one.

thats kinda too much complottistic though, i think DE actually gets more revenue from tennogen rather than platinum purchases when there are no unvaults or primes.

I don't feel like we need the tinfoil hats on this one. I think it was just not working on a technical level, or they just borked something when they added the model. Or it just looks not right because of the chosen energy color. Whatever the reason is, I sure hope they alter it in some way

Seen the problem too and directly reported the issue to DE some hours ago.

They made some change (I didn't see them) but as they will release today, in a few hours, we don't really have time for more talk about it, so I will recontact them later once the skin is released if there still something to change.

So, you can exept a different result from what you saw on the video, but this may not be final, it still likely to change later if it's not good enough.

I think one of my biggest issues with what they did is the awkward clipping, since the hair isn't brought out past her head much, it does clip right through her arms and shoulders. =

I bought it anyway, cause I wanted to support your great work. With color correction turned off, it looks ok, the clipping is the biggest issue atm for sure with the noble animation set. Otherwise it looks great, but I def see room for improvement with the twintails.

I just think they maybe should've held it off a bit if they weren't happy with the result, tbh. I'd rather wait another week or two and it comes out more to what was intended than just a rushed version of it that makes the people that looked forward to it plus the creator a tad unhappy and rustled.

For the most part it's the back lighting. If you put enough light behind a energy colour it becomes invisible. So glad it wasn't changed too much :P
