Bladestorm requires Blademaster?

I'm having issues that I can't get Bladestorm unless I got Blademaster. But that ability or skill seems to be exclusive to Ranger. Is there any way I can do? I was wondering if there's any console commands or something to adjust in ini or something to fix this?
