Does adding this disable achievements?
I want the hat but if it deprives me from any achievement-based jokes then I'm willing to hold off.

No, this mod doesn't disable achievements. Not in the beta, anyways. No confirmation if it will remain that way for full release though.

considering people can easily unlock achievements outside of the game using a third party program I think it's pointless to disable achievements in-game just because you have some mods installed
