Crazy enough, that's the first image that came to mind as well, a more cleaned up Loki Prime helm. That being said, the horns on top definitely add to it instead of making more difficult to view.

The original concept was a re-imagining of Oberon Primes default helmet as far as I'm aware.

If you'll look at Oberon Prime helmet (his top horns, specifically) - you'll see that Master Noob tried to reference them. Loki Prime horns are much morre squarish and they are surely not round. Lean your visuals, please.

While it may definitely be based off of oberon prime's design, you can't just ignore the fact the lower pair of horns, albeit smother in texture, doesn't strike atleast a little resembalance to our devilish loki. Maybe you can see it, maybe you can't, but the fact is there are people who found a similarity on the lower horns. Learn to have open vision, not tunnel vision, please.
