The overlay is not working
THE addons i use are here. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1541227138 find some and see whats causing it

One of these must be interfering with the pp_mat_overlay console command. There's no way i can test each and every one of them for the issue considering my schedule. You'll have to find which one is causing the problem on your own.
