Add the following configuration options to your Game.ini file. Each string represents the default engrams and crafting costs -- feel free to edit the strings however you'd like.

If you think the brooms are too good (for example), you can move the engram entry to a higher level, and increase the engram-point requirement. You can also increase the crafting cost, to make it require Metal/Crystal/Poly/Element/etc.
