yes you can, but i dont know where. They apparently added them in the last update. :D

Some of the Aboration Dinos are normally spawned around the map. You can find the resources and the rest of the dinos inside the caves. You just have to explore the world:)

Everything should be in the map, but some of the resoruces are really rare and can only be found in caves.
