I cant use it in career mode?

Ah, I see... no, I don't believe you can load mods for campaign missions unfortunately. Have a dig around on the forums in case someone has thought of a way to patch them in, but I suspect not, or at the very least you'd probably have to heavily modify the scenario files themselves to add it in directly (-career scenarios are effectively "mods" themselves)
