Having Trouble with Calypso's Colored Religious Icons (Basic)?
If you're having trouble with this mod, it could really help if you tell me as clearly as you can what the issue is.

Possible issues with this mod could include:
-Civ V crashing more often than usual (most common issue, I estimate 2-10% users have this issue)
-Religious icons not displaying in the usual manner
-Seeing uncolored (white) religious icons from base religions
-Incompatibility with the Renaissance scenario
-Incompatibility with ryoga's Christian Schisms mod (not applicable to Brave New World)

If you want to report an issue, then kindly provide:
-a clear description of the issue
-how many times the issue has occured (is it happening regularly?)
-any other mods you are using
-what version of Direct X you were playing with (DX9 vs. DX11)
-what sort of world were you playing ('cause if it was a huge, late-game marathon world with 22 civs, that could be why your game is crashing...)
-basic info about your system (operating system, model, processor, ect., the sort of stuff found by right-clicking Computer/My Computer and selecting Properties, at least on Windows 7.)

As time permits, I will check back at the issues posted here and see what trends emerge and how best to tackle them. I want this mod to be as reliable for as many people as possible before I start releasing extension mods upon it.

I should just be able to subscribe and it should work right? I've subscribed to this and two others and htey are not working. Is it MAC compatible?

Well, yes you should be able to get mods working on the Mac but I understand it takes more effort on one's part than on the PC. My mods, like the vast majority of others', is in principle universal, but the apparent incompatibility you're seeing is between Mac and Civ V, not actually between Mac and the mods themselves. This really is a weakness of the software. Not a typical Mac user myself, the details baffle me, but if you haven't checked it out before, I did find for you a forum on Civfanatics that runs up to the present, so it's recent. What I gather is that for the Steam copy of Civ (which it sounds like you're using) many people have gotten mods to work, but there are a few DIY type steps along the way. Over the past couple of years the process has become more streamlined, but still requires a bit of computer work on the part of the user (to the chagrin of many I imagine). I'd say take a look through here, and when you feel comfortable with the suggested approach, give it a shot and see what you can do.

Holy Crap! I don't think I'm Imac literate enough to do that stuff. Thanks for the help though! :) Too bad, too. I really like this idea!
