Fix your GameMod class
else { Hat_PlayerController(GetALocalPlayerController()).GetLoadout().RemoveBackpack(class'Hat_Loadout'.static.MakeLoadoutItem(class'Hat_Ability_Sanic', class'Hat_CosmeticItemQualityInfo_SearchAny')); }
This is what that snippet should look like, instead of the glaring syntax error that I can't believe actually managed to compile.
