This could be a weapon that replaces the disguise kit.

Dustbowl Odyssey stats:

+Can take control of enemies and buildings
+50% faster disguise rate
-A random part of the spy's clothes will appear on the building/enemy that you control
-Cannot use the weapons of the building/enemy you control
-Cannot use any weapon including invis. watch while in control of a building/enemy
