I wanted to ask a question about this mod and the maintenance skill, mainly about if this mod removes/reduces the effect on the skill?

I'm not sure about Maintenance as a mechanic, but I appreciate the desire to use it to prevent cheese through lords Skills, but should it really be applying to heroes that I recruit as well? They already have an upkeep cost and a cost to perform actions.

I am new to SFO so perhaps it is a result of a mod conflicts or the difficulty that I choose, if so I would appreciate the heads up.
