This mod is very nice, though I do want to address one issue. It is currently incompatible with the IGE.

I did some troubleshooting and found the culprit. The dummy building's Prerequisite Technology tags have the value of NULL. If you don't want a building to require a technology, you simply omit the <PrereqTech> tags all together. The current value crashes the IGE because it displays buildings by era and the tooltip can't locate the technology because "NULL" is a tech value that doesn't exist. Simply remove the <PrereqTech> tags all together and you should be good to go!

Just removed that null tag from the prereq. Please let me know if that resolves it.
