Even when my saboteur doesn't move for a turn the shot is still snapshot. In the description it says it lets you shoot the sniper rifle after an action for an aim penalty but it's even there when it's the first action...
Is this by design or is it bugged? Because like this my saboteur can't hit anything and is kind of useless until he levels up and gets the reduced aim penalty and other abilities.
