cant move serana to a new home

i am with serana in her castle but dont have the option to move her at all is anyone able to help me?

I am having the same problem with this as well. For some reason I owned multiple properties, and it only allowed to choose Markarth. I thought I can just move her when she gets there and now there is no option to do this. Even at the pre-set houses I can not move her to the locations. Help anyone??
