StackMeMore Not Installing on Remote Server

I just bought my own server for my friends and I to play on and I put StackMeMore as the second mod on the list for the fresh server. After it didn't work I moved it to the top, wiped the map, but it still doesn't work. I cannot figure out why and nothing I have tried has worked. Any suggestions?

Have you tried to upload via ftp as some providers have issues with downloading mods to servers.
