Problems with Immersive Taming
Hey, I'm using Immersive Taming https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1251632107 together with this mod and there is a problem with the Raw Prime Fish Meat. It won't count in their Bait Station. Don't know if it's a problem with the item or the sation. I also posted a discussion at Immersive Taming.

Not sure if you got this fixed yet, but here is how I have my game.ini for Immersive Taming with this stack mod and it works on my servers:

ConfigOverrideItemCraftingCosts=(ItemClassString="PrimalItemConsumable_Bait_RawFishMeat_C",BaseCraftingResourceRequirements=((ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemResource_Fibers_C",BaseResourceRequirement=12.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false),(ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemConsumable_RawMeat_Fish_Child_C",BaseResourceRequirement=1.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false),(ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemResource_Sparkpowder_C",BaseResourceRequirement=2.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false)))
ConfigOverrideItemCraftingCosts=(ItemClassString="PrimalItemConsumable_Bait_RawPrimeFishMeat_C",BaseCraftingResourceRequirements=((ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemResource_Fibers_C",BaseResourceRequirement=12.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false),(ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemConsumable_RawPrimeMeat_Fish_Child_C",BaseResourceRequirement=1.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false),(ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemResource_Sparkpowder_C",BaseResourceRequirement=2.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false)))
ConfigOverrideItemCraftingCosts=(ItemClassString="PrimalItemConsumable_Bait_RawFishMeat_C",BaseCraftingResourceRequirements=((ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemResource_Fibers_C",BaseResourceRequirement=12.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false),(ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemConsumable_RawMeat_Fish_Child_C",BaseResourceRequirement=1.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false),(ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemResource_Sparkpowder_C",BaseResourceRequirement=2.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false)))
ConfigOverrideItemCraftingCosts=(ItemClassString="PrimalItemConsumable_Bait_RawPrimeFishMeat_C",BaseCraftingResourceRequirements=((ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemResource_Fibers_C",BaseResourceRequirement=12.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false),(ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemConsumable_RawPrimeMeat_Fish_Child_C",BaseResourceRequirement=1.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false),(ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemResource_Sparkpowder_C",BaseResourceRequirement=2.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false)))
ConfigOverrideItemCraftingCosts=(ItemClassString="PrimalItemConsumable_Bait_RawMutton_C",BaseCraftingResourceRequirements=((ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemResource_Fibers_C",BaseResourceRequirement=12.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false),(ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemConsumable_RawMutton_Child_C",BaseResourceRequirement=1.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false),(ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemResource_Sparkpowder_C",BaseResourceRequirement=2.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false)))

@JayDeeRo! - Immersive taming afaik requires exact class crafting requirements - the solution @Vy_Cariously is a reliable, but unfortunate solution. All the Immersive taming mod author would have to include is "is child of class" in there code and boom stack mods wouldn't be a issue for their mod. That is however up to the mod author on how they build their mods and some authors do not want to add that extra code. I am sorry but the solution posted above would be the only workaround if you want both mods to play nice with eachother. I hope this helps.

Hey thank you very much. I'll try it out when I have more time.

Yeah I thought it might be something like this. Something like hardcoded instead of a var. There were some problems with other mods and my Linux Server, because of case sentivity. It's often something simple ^^.

In my Unofficial Server ini files, can you tell me where exactly to put this to get it to work? like which ini file and under what heading? Ty!

Would also like to know where to put those overrides in the game.ini

I can't get StackMeMore and Immersive Taming to cooperate. I've tried the code posted here and elsewhere but nothing works.

It's in Game.ini. ASM isn't overwriting it. Everything is where it should be as far as I can tell, but the recipes still won't accept those ingredients. Can't for the life of me figure out what I'm missing, and I've gotten this to work before.

Did eventually get it working by allowing Ark Server Manager to manage Crafting Overrides instead of doing it myself. Pasted the recipes into the fields and let it handle it. Working fine now.

If the dev just checked off "Override exact item crafting" this wouldn't be an issue. Modders who don't do this is the reason why Immersive Taming is having trouble with certain stacking mods. If the stacking mod's dev just did that one tiny thing Immersive Taming would work swimmingly. Sadly I came here to ask about this exact thing.

Is there a kind soul that wouldn't mind sliding me the entire string of these?

what I mean is, every recipe that's in the bait crafters?

I've been actively going through each bait recipe carefully cutting the names out and replacing them with what's in this mod. only to have nothing work. I used the string at the start of this thread and I couldn't see any changes.

I know I sound whiny It's just that I've never done editing before and I'm a little worried I've ruined something.
