Changing weight

help for configuration, not works

Some items work with dedicated storage, most don't

Configuration not working

Is configuration working for anyone?
I wanted to change, some items baseweight and stacksize, but it just remains default.
I tried to remove this mod, reinstall etc.
I have my config in GameUserSettings under [StackMeMore].
Nothing works, stacks remains and weights also remains default (0.1 weight, 5000stack)
