Crash without any active server or client mods

I didn't turn on any mod including server or client except the Epic Healthbar mod.

Thank you for replying this fast.
First I replace the previous mod file with the new file you gave to me.
(Located in Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\ID\1185229307)
I tested it again, but the new version didn't work. Here's the log file.
