Regular mob health not displaying
The issue: The "show mob health" option does not work, even when enabled it will still only show the health for bosses. Minor enemies and friendly mobs will not show health bars regardless of which setting is enabled.

Have you tried disabling mob health, applying, and enabling it back? I don't know what causes options to jam like that, but usually that helps.

Unfortunately, I have tried that a number of times. It has not seemed to help at all :/
