Mods on dedicated server not working
Hello, I have a detail when I want to execute 2 of your mods, the EpicHealthbar and the LazyFunance, at the moment I post in EpicHealthBar since it is the one that interests me the most to run, the mods work on the server client mode, but when I generate the server Dedicated does not enable any of them, I have already read several posts where they comment on the solution and make all the modifications they comment, but the mods are still not enabled when I run the dedicated server, I send you the configuration of the files

What's the location of that dedicated_server_mods_setup.lua file?

D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Don't Starve Together\mods in this path

You need to use the one located in your dedicated server's directory.
If you have installed it from Steam, it's probably located here:
D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Don't Starve Together Dedicated Server\mods

The only file with that name dedicated_server_mods_setup.lua, is in the mentioned folder, do I have to create the folder that you are telling me?

No, you don't need to.

What's the contents ot the .bat file that you use to start the server?
