Also reporting similar issue.

Pressed F8, UI box came up, but cursor disappeared. However, moving it around, I was able to guess where it was because the Apply, Back, and Default buttons highlighted as I scrolled left to right. Hit Back, and the box stayed stuck. However, I was then able to press Esc, (all other controls were also freed up) but since the box was in the way and didn't close properly (a broken button script, or cancel command, perhaps...?), I had to Alt+Tab out to desktop, and manually close out the game by pressing the X button when hovering the mouse cursor over taskbar/system tray. That even took several clicks to get it to cancel, which means it was stuck with a background process in what was likely a broken script.

You should also probably know that at the time this occurred, I had granted myself Admin rights (I was in single player in Exiled Lands). I have a shtako-ton of stuff built up using Immerse RP and quite a few followers, so I'm not sure if maybe there is some server lag involved. I mod skyrim and fallout 4 on occasion; this is similar in feel as far as mods go, but I'm not sure how similar the Unity engine is compared to a what, 15 year old Frostbite/Gamebryo engine that uses Papyrus scripting.

I had the same thing happen in single player, so it's not a server issue. Same exact issue too where I can't see the cursor without ALT+TABing out and then I have to close the game completely that way to get the menu to go away.

Have close to the same issue, but mine is if you do f8 the options ui will not close and mouse cursor disappears. Only way to fix is relog. Now all the minimap has is a Loading... in the center of it. Any chance for a fix?
