I'm not sure if it's the rendering but it looks like colouring the metallic alsp colours normal texture on the shoulder and chest, which is a big no no in fashioning these skins. I don't know though, might just be normal metallics and my eyes deceiving me.

The metallics don't look metallic enough. You made the metal on the roughness texture dark enough, right? It's what makes the metallics look super shiny.

Not all skins need Metallics. Some skins can look great without them.

Eh, Inaros lacks a skin with metallics, so the first guy to do that gets a leg up in sales since a lot of armor sets have metallics in them, which look out of place when the Warframe itself has none.

You're right, not every skin needs metallics, but when it's the FIRST skin for a frame without a prime, it's probably what people are looking for. Consider Excalibur... prime is unavailable, but he's got a couple skins that can fill the shiny void until Umbra.
