Very good people who dont answer for the questions from those who want to know to use the mods....
Look, my friend, on game menu, there s some options, and one is the WORKSHOP, and on it, you will see the EDITOR option. When on it, yu will see the maps that you can open to edit and try your mod by placeing them on somewhere into the map.. Sadly its a long explanation to make you understand what to be done to place it, so, try to find some map editor tutorial on youtube and look by "place NPC" to see how to place it on the map surface.
