How do I start

I cant get into the dungeon
The Innkeeper just gives me a quest with compass and binoculars
The other npcs only have the goodbye dialogue
help ?

This is a ID conflict error. You are subscribed to a mod that uses the same ID range and causes it to use the wrong dialogue. Unsubscribe to any other mods that include NPCs should fix it.
