Easter Egg
I noticed there's a ghost girl model in the map content files. Does anyone know how to activate the easter egg on this map?

It's not active in the current iteration of the map, I think some of the older bsps are available though.

If you ♥♥♥♥ around in the hospital room you might find the trigger, shouldn't need to do anything more than hit use on some things.
