we can use this and a police hat to confuse the police. if you dont shoot at the police with a full police outfit they wont unless they see you putting the money bags in the van. doing this will also unlock the ability to put it in the police cars / swat vans to get the money BUT you wont be able to get the full prize for helping the police. turning friendly fire on for you making it so you are the police basicly adding a police mode.
