Is the sub mod that changes this back to how it was previously availalbe now or is planned to come later?

I already have a mod that adds immortality to all factions heros so I felt the previous upkeep change helped keep him in line with the other lords.

Also, I appreciate this mod, it has been a big improvement on my game experiance so far.
