Vauban is a heavily Corpus inspired warframe, as you probably realize. The jumpsuit he wears can actually be seen on several of the Brokers in the Index. Additionally, if you hadn't been following this piece for a while, you would've known that the creator is using this as the first in a line of many Corpus themed skins for the warframes, such as how Graxx is Grineer theme.
