Mount & Blade: Warband

Mount & Blade: Warband

The Golden Age
Mod not working on Mac? Try this.
This was originally written in response to roberte447's comment, but there's a character limit for comments.

I can't remember if this mod has missing textures on mac, but I believe so. Fixing that would be complicated. However, there are things you can fix.

First of all, find your workshop folder for M&B Warband, and find the folder for this mod. Rename it to something easy to remember, such as Narnia. Then move it to the Modules folder in your Warband Steam files. Now, there are two things you need to change. In the Textures folder in the module folder, there are 3 font.dds files. These files never work on mac, and you need to remove any font.dds files if the mod's text isn't showing up on mac. I believe this mod's font.dds files are font.dds, font2.dds, and font3.dds. Delete those entirely.

Now, there's another folder in the module's main folder called Data. Inside this folder is a file called skeleton_bodies.xml. The game itself also has a Data folder (in the MountBlade Warband folder in your steam files), and in it is another skeleton_bodies.xml file. What you need to do is replace the native skeleton_bodies.xml file (the one in the MountBlade Warband folder's Data folder) with the module skeleton_bodies.xml file. This means that hitboxes will work correctly on dwarves, giants, centaurs, etcetera. You need to do this in all mods with custom enemy and player models, such as Perisno.

I hope this helped!
