Hey thank you so much for this! Seeing the direct comparison with the Repala definitely makes the difference much more distinct. It is clearly more stiff. I think part of it could be that the skinning treats the cape as one mesh, and not the layers.
I will reach out to DE on Monday with this video and see if there is anything that can be done. I just hope the reason for the discrepancy doesn't have to do with the mesh or its construction as that would mean it probably can't be helped.
