I didn't see the original design with the fur...
But I fundamentally disagree with DE's feedback that fur is a no-go. Why? There are plenty of animals with pelts that could and would be used in universe.

People seemed to like it. Any chance anyone has images of the original design?

They didn't really give me a reason behind the decision. So it could have been technical perhaps, or an artistic choice. I just have no idea which haha.

If they didn't give you any reason then why change it? The majority of people I saw commenting on this before the change LOVED it, sounds like someone in DE has a stick up their ass. We have plenty of animals with fur that we kill, ahem the Plains. Demand an explanation as to why they wouldn't accept the original because it was REALLY good and didn't violate any of DE's guidelines that I saw, and you honestly deserve an explanation for why they would refuse such a high quality item with such heavy support.
