I loaded in after a couple of months and swapped to Nekros Prime. I've been rocking the Ion helmet forever, and for some reason the top and face of it is glitched looking. The face and front of the top look mechanical now. The colored part on top is completely missing.

it looks almost completely different for me; bulkier and rounder. there are more stripes on the top

Yeah I think it does have some stripes on top, like some sort of cloth mesh or something. I asked in chat what was wrong with it, and someone said alot of Nekros head textures are messed up atm.
