What stats it have?
I think about
When you get killed by this medic wearing a Uber Villain you can't change class.
When you get killed by this medic you get scared effect for 5 seconds after seeing him again.
If you kill him you get Uber effect for 5 seconds

the item you are attempting to add gameplay enhancing effects has been identified as a cosmetic, which in turn contradicts your suggestion as there is no possible way that such item can obtain attributes

the virtual item that you are attempting to add to the the game team fortress two appreviated as TF2 is known as a cosmetic item which means that there is no possible way to have differn't stats on cosmetic items because they are just for decoration meaning you are unable to use the item for any gameplay advantages

this amalgamation of pixels set to different rgb colours within your screen, with the light going through multiple filters, is what is known as a "item" to the english-speaking human race being pronounced eye-teh-m is a word meaning an object usually of some use, this item in particular happens to be within a game and is called a "cosmetic" item, pronounced coh-s-meh-tic, meaning it functions not in-game bonuses such as extra stats

Stats should be : when you kil someone, you get 100% Ubercharge, you get 100$ added to your steam wallet, and it also adds 5 refined metal to your inventory. :steamfacepalm:

I'm pretty sure you meant 500 keys, plus a burning flames Team Captain, and a Nebula Max's Head, also you become a steam admin
