Green thing
I was playing this map with some friends, and we died while joking, and what happens is that when we appear, a green thing appears on our face, I managed to take a photo of it, but I don't have any mod installed that has that character,

if it had a breed and Eyeglasses then it is a place holder for Gorton Freeman :gordon: it is use in Half Life 2 i hop it help

Or it's a spawn entity (which you spawn in that area)
