I tried that on sandbox mode and on TTT mode too still dont work

The map is pretty optimized, so crashing is likely due to addons. Try disabling all addons (there's a button in the main menu for this) and re-enabling only what you're using at the time.

If you have a halfway-decent PC, then it is probably due to having too many addons enabled or one addon that is causing performance issues. Try disabling all addons (there's a button in the main menu for this) and re-enabling only what you're using at the time.

my PC ain't lagging i never had any crashes of this map

Yes it wont be your pc Mine is doing the same yet I can run much bigger maps no issues

As mentioned above, crashing is typically due to addons (either too many enabled or one addon causing a problem). If disabling *all* addons didn't help, then the only other thing I can think of is that something might have gotten messed up with your Garry's Mod installation and a full reinstall of Garry's Mod might solve things.
