Christmas Gifts / Christmas Magic Costs
Hi, there was some concerns at first because I made the costs for the Christmas magis way too cheap. I apologize for that. I attempted to improve the costs. I tried to guess what most people would like. However, that is tough without more feedback. So I'm going to post a way for server owners to set their own crafting costs.

Here is the cone line to add to your game.ini file. It was given to me by another kind user of my Halloween mod. Feel free to replace the crafting material with whatever items you like.

Hi the christmas magic keeps disapearing from the tree everytime you log into the game, they are not cheap to make ether

Hi Succy, I can't get my Christmas magic to disappear...sigh, it's hard to even begin fixing it when I can't reproduce the problem. I tried in the test environment, single player game and my sever and it just stays. sorry. maybe move it from the tree when you log out?

thank you for getting back to me and looking into it :) thats alright I reinbursed her but I sort of have a feeling her tribe mate is using them or putting them away someplace.

hey did you do something to the dir. cause when my server does it's nightly updates it errors

Hi Renul, not sure I thought I just ran a normal update to the mod. so what happens? Does the server not update?

well when you do a restart and update it comes back saying something about compresion error and have of the dir is gone but when i move it from my client to server it is fine it may be a steam thing cause the other mods that i run dont have the issue i will say i like the mod

Hello. Probably we can't change cost craft ChristmasMagic but we can change ammount of ChristmasMagic for craft gifts. In my opinion Quality of gifts is too high. Please tell me where i can change quality of loots from gifts.

Hi XJpKX, I'm not sure how to change it in the ini. I agree though, in the devkit the quality comes out much lower so it has been diffucult to tell how to set it. I'm going to run some tests and try to adjust it lower.

I see this is pretty old post. But I have put this mod on my server, still lots to look at but so far lovin it. Christmas, best time all the time eh :) I was wanting to tinker with crafting settings but pretty new at all of this. Not sure if anyone here knows how to maybe set lvl restrictions on wyverns. Trying to make the server challenging and well they are OP early game if you get an egg.

Hi Canadian788, I hope you like this mod. There is a lot to explore but I don't have any wyverns in this mod.

Would you know how to edit or create a mod with settings that would restrict the use of wyverns. I know the group would be glad to put some money into that.

Hi, you can remove wyverns from the map by using server settings. Just put these lines in the Game.ini file and no new wyverns will spawn. You will have to destroy all wilds tand pick up any existing eggs if the server is already running.

NPCReplacements=(FromClassName="Wyvern_Character_BP_Fire_C",ToClassName="")
NPCReplacements=(FromClassName="Wyvern_Character_BP_Lightning_C",ToClassName="")
NPCReplacements=(FromClassName="Wyvern_Character_BP_Poison_C",ToClassName="")

You can look up any creatures code in the ark wiki if there are other types that you want removed. Other than removing them I don't know what kind of restriction you are looking for.
