I really need to get Steam to alert me to these.

Having the same problem, sadly. It seems to be /specifically/ with the Battletech-inspired weapons, and the projectile ones to boot (such as the Gauss Rifle and the various A/Cs). The lasers also seem to have no firing sound at all, not sure if that's intentional or not

Its now been 8 months.... and some of the mech weapons have horrible sounds that physical hurt my ears. Im using Logitech G933 spectrums... I really hope you can fix these issues :(

Also having a sound problem, not sure 100% which weapons are causing them though, otherwise I'd try messing around in files to disable their sounds

edit: It's the Clan Triple Gauss Turrets that have a sound that plays at ear shattering levels
