Scout: Jumps out of box, declares that he is god's gift to all women and is full of himself
Soldier: Screams for a surprise attack, trips over the box instead. He stumbles and awkardly gets up and salutes or something

Demo: Similar to the Oblooterated, Demo throws off the lid of the present holding his bottle. He leans on the wall of the present before it collapses under his weight and he falls to the ground.
Heavy: Heafvy throws off lid and poses "Souprice! Was Heavy all along! Ha ha ha!"
Engineer: "Erectin an Engineer!" Engie copies building sounds and stands up as the box collaspes around him, similar to how a building's box disappears. He laughs at himself

Medic: As the lid is thrown, medic poses as birds fly out. "Hello my friends! My gift is that I von't kill you! ...yet"
Sniper: Throws off lid and cheers. Looks around laughing as the box collaspes "It's lioke Christmas Mornin'"
Spy: He throws off the lid. "Surprise!" or "Not my best disguise, but it works"

These probably aren't the best options, but anything can work. You just need to use your imagination to make each class' personality stand out.

Also: If this was made all class, then the emblem on the present will have to be made larger and easy to see on all sides so that the enemy can know what class is inside

I'd say just make it real simple and have it be the merc have somewhat unique boxes, the most simplest being just changing the emblem on the present, have their own take on the peeking loop, then have their own take on suprising people out of the present. The movement animation probably would just stay the same, maybe just fitted to a possible different present sizes like the Heavy's.

3. Yes, how would he? Just imagine Heavy painfully squeezing into the box but failing to get all the way in and putting the lid on his still exposed head.
4. Just imagine the Demostumbling and falling into a box and being too drunk to get out.
5. Engineer just sits on a panel, pushes a button, and a box is built around him.
6. No argument here
7. Sniper gets in the box, then you see his sniper rifle stick out from under the lid.

8. spy would slowly stand up with is hand over his face, saying "tale no one about this"

Umm its a looping taunt/ Walking taunt not like the Yeti taunt
