just shake the idea jar and add something even idk an item that just deletes your save file or delirium every room, or instant teleport to I am error rooms everytime you enter a new floor, or an item that spawns flies that hurt only isaac, or one of those Smitty Werben Jagerman Jensen blue worms that is constantly following you. you know EVERY idea, even if it's bad, just add it and MEME it a little.... it should do the trick.
