- Ice queen
- Boyars
- Dwarf mercenaries
- Empire mercenaries
- Ice witch
- Trained bears
- Volunteer corps of Kislev (they include women as well as men)
All of them are lorefriendly and appear either in 6th edition or in Black library production.
They look much better especially if you will make different color variations.

Suggestions for existing stuff:
Gospodars are a basic spear infantry, they shouldn't really have armor piercing. Give them shields I suppose, make them your generic spearmanii
Kossars should be decent melee combat archers. Think Shieldless Seaguard without the anti large. Use Shade (Great Sword) anim with the Kreml Guard axe?
Streltsi should have armor piercing anti-large melee as well, because they have Halberds.Use Sea-guard anims as a base w/ a halberd?
Druzhina probably shouldn't have AP
Sons of Ursun should probably be anti infantry, not anti large.
Hawks of Miska basically recolored Helf Eagles, lore says they're guided by the magic of Miska - this probably doesn't imply MR.

Canon Kislev stuff you can add:
Sibyrian Hunters - Archers with stalk, vanguard. Warhammer Fantasy RPG 1st ED
War Bears - Not sure what you could use for this, but exactly what it says on the tin. Bunch of bears lead by a packmasters, herded toward the enemy. Warmaster Armies (2006)
War Wagon - AP Chariot with an AP ranged attack, and an anti large AP melee attack. In cannon they're big enough to use as fortifications as they're literally a wagon, but you could probably get away with a chariot unit. Alternatively, could use a black coach as a basis? Not sure if you can upsize units. War Wagons are manned by Streltsi and drawn by Winged Lancers, so they'd be real heavy hitters, 360 firing arc. Warmaster Armies (2006)
Urugan Cannon - Kislevite version of the Empire organ gun thats mounted on a wagon, it can fire while moving. Warhammer Fantasy RPG 1st ED
Ice Queen - If you do choose to do the ice queen, Elf mage would be a good base since she can upgrade to a chariot on TT. No idea what you would do for magic though, thats a tall tall order, making a whole wind.
---
Scythe Militia: Polearm Infantry, Anti-Large, Hide (woods). A slightly less ♥♥♥♥♥♥ version of the Brettonian peasant mob
Fanatics of Tor: Melee Infantry, Damage Dealer, Frenzy, unbreakable. Tor is the Kislevite Thunder god, his followers tend to be berserkers. Think flaggellants but with big axes
Ice Mangonel: Siege Weapon, Anti Infantry, Armor Piercing, Saps Vigor. Similar to the dwarven grudge thrower, flings enchanted chunks of Kislevite ice. Applies the Ice Pheonix aura effect on hit for 5 sec? Or short hand it with the Poison effect
Hearth Chariot of Dazh: Armored, Encourage, Hearth-fire Aura. A hearth to Dazh, the Kislevite god of fire and the sun. Think like a VC black coach, but for living people. Apply vigor mortis buff to kislevite troops?
Chekist: Armor-Piercing Missles, Duelist, Encourage, Hide (woods). Basically a Kislevite version of the Inquisitor, the Tzarina's secret police
Ataman: Armored and Shielded, Encourage, Hide (woods). Kislevite Empire captain
Boyar: Empire General, but with an axe
Ursun War-Priest: Arch Lector, but with an axe
Ungol Chieftan: High Elf Princess, but an ugly man.
"Urugan Cannon - Kislevite version of the Empire organ gun thats mounted on a wagon, it can fire while moving. Warhammer Fantasy RPG 1st ED"
& if you ever manage to put an organ gun on a wagon we will love you forever ;)
The person might not use Crynsos, I know I don't. :)
Additionally Im not sure why one wouldnt use Crynsos unlocker - its compatible with almost everything and its building/mod framework is a baseline for alot of mods under construction.
All other unit ideas are super cool - best of luck Decomposed! :)
Ps Ork Charriots look rough enough to work as Kislev wagons for whatever its worth :)
Streltsi - they should have halberd so practically lothern sea guard just with musket
Gospodars - after remove empier unit will be nice add sam basic cheap version only with a spear
Sons of Ursun - make them a little slower, it;s big bears with hard-armed rider, they should not be as fast as cavalry
Kreml Guard - a little less armor i not think kislev has better armor than empire
