I know I'm gonna be a spoilbutt but there is a pair of doors near one of the parts of the town that is between two houses. It has a skull pattern on it. Jumpscare warning for you, despite the bright daylight approaching it causes a muffled cry to be heard and turning around causes a Stalker to suddenly spawn, then despawn.

No loud noises but it's so unexpected in such a little town that it honestly spooks the hell out of you the first time you see it.

It got me runnin' and shooting thinking it was some sort of scripted NPC that's gonna hunt me down.
