Not spawning / Increase spawn rate

SO on the center the dragons barely sspawn or when they do spawn tis only so often a few days. Is there anyway to increase the spawn rate/ weight ?

I know this is bringing a dead thread back to life, but did you ever figure this out? Got the same problem on Extinction

yeah kinda, You have to manually increase the spawn rates, and be sure to wipe all dinos
