When wyverns are small the walking speed looks fine but once they grow up it looks too slow. Is there any way to boost the speed along with size through the ini file?

As far as I observed dragons and wyverns don't scale off the universal max level. They scale depending on their own max level. Like if you tame a 10 level dragon it will get around 100 level max and won't be able to level further. When it hits 100 level, its size is same as a wyvern that hit its max in 220 level. Is there any way to fix that?
